A Sydecar SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) is an investment vehicle set up to allow a select group of investors to participate in a specific investment opportunity, typically alongside a lead investor or fund, and gives friends and family investors the ability to participate in smaller increments.
Investors are able to participate by using funds from their IRA, 401K or personal checking/savings accounts. The check sizes for this SPV can range from $2k - $100k and the deadline to invest is March 30th.
Use of proceeds will be to build inventory for distribution into NYC and MIA to new and existing customers, and to support sales & marketing efforts. Almost all the inventory produced will be purchased once the production is complete.
